Mr. Herbert A. Einhorn -3- April 11, 1957

Survey our charge would be at the rate of $100.00 per day per man, plus all expenses (including travel) while away from LaGuardia Field, plus a flat fee of $1,500.

In addition to the above, New York Airways would be willing to consider entering into a management contract with a Puerto Rican operating company which would include the initial organization and training of personnel as well as the submission of recommendations concerning working capital requirements and other fiscal matters which, in our opinion, would lead to the establishment of this enterprise on a sound basis.

As you know, New York Airways has accumulated considerable experience in the course of the last several years with many types of helicopter. We have been the first to operate a scheduled passenger and cargo service on a 24-hour a day, 7 days a week basis anywhere in the world. We are anxious to make this knowledge available to responsible people, and we look forward to hearing about the detailed operational plans at your early convenience. In the meantime, we appreciate your interest and trust that you will not fail to call on us if you need any further information.

Very truly yours,
NEW YORK AIRWAYS, INC.

Executive Vice President
