B. JOB DESCRIPTION, POSITIONS, ASSIGNED TO PAN AMERICAN ROOFTOP HELIPORT

1. Station Manager.  The ranking supervisor assuming functional and administrative control of all facilities and personnel assigned to a location.

2. Passenger Agent.  The duties of a passenger agent shall consist of work normally performed in connection with passenger service and passenger handling, including lead planning.

In addition, passenger agents at heliports other than an airport, may be required to handle traffic control, weather observations, itinerants and charters, and all traffic matters in connection with company and non-company aircraft. They will also maintain weather equipment at such points to the extent of routine servicing.

3. Chief Passenger Agent. Chief Passenger Agents shall (in addition to performing the same general duties as Passenger Agents) assign and direct the work of other Passenger Agents (including Leads), keep hours of service and overtime records, prepare work and vacation schedules, handle verification and reconciliation of daily work receipts and generally supervise the work of Passenger Agents.

4. Lead Passenger Agent.  Lead Passenger Agents shall (in addition to performing the same general duties as Passenger Agents) lead and direct the work of other Passenger Agents.  When less than two (2) Passenger Agents are working at a station, no lead will be required.

5. Cargo-Ramp Agent.  The work of a Cargo-Ramp Agent shall consist of receiving, storing, shipping and handling mail, freight and express general cargo duties including but not limited to prepared all necessary documents, making contacts with customers and handling related correspondence; non-mechanical duties in connection with the operation and servicing of aircraft while on the ground including duties such as loading, unloading, stowing, securing, in accordance with company procedure; the preparation of records as required; the cleaning, fueling and servicing of aircraft; maintaining the ramp area and equipment in a clean presentable condition; and the other ramp service work.  At heliports (other than airports) Cargo-Ramp Agents may be required to handle air traffic control, weather observations and, charters in the absence of a Passenger Agent.

6.  Lead Cargo-Ramp Agent.  Lead Cargo-Ramp Agents shall (in addition to performing the same general duties as Cargo-Ramp Agents) lead and direct the work and the work of other Cargo-Ramp Agents.  When less than two (2) Cargo-Ramp Agents are working at a station, no lead will be required.
