Stoughton Dec 28th.. 1947 Dear Doris. I have been snowed in, no mail since the big snow storm. We no more than get a path shoveled than comes one other storm & fills it up again. I got your letter written Friday & no mail man came after it they turn around & leave where no path is dug. So far we have been very lucky to get a boy to dig the path. I dont remember having any such snow storms as these. The radio says its going down below 0 tonight. So far we have managed to keep the house warm. We got in oil just before the snow came. Plenty of coal so far. so why worry love Ma
