Dear Doris

We are having another one of those dull cloudy days. a slight shower during the night. lots of leaves around making it slippery walking & dangerous in case of fire. I am still busy serving. its a good thing to take up my mind. I sent to N Easton after some money this week. We are writing to Doris this morning she seems to be having a lonely time & enjoys going around with the young folks, outside of study hours. Bill has been sick & he hasn't been over from Holbrook lately. we have missed him.

Love Ma
