They are very quiet & well behaved children, we enjoy seeing them playing out in their yard & they keep in their yard & do not bother their neighbors. I hope they dont put up the fence between our two lots.

In regard to money. I drew out the last lot of what was in the North Easton bank sometime ago now I have got about $80 left in my possession which as things are so very costly wont last very long. I must order coal soon for winter. I am sorry to read of the strike that was coming on by another month they feared. theres always something to worry about, if its not one thing, its another. I have not much to occupy my time & have plenty of time to worry. I dont envy people much but feel glad to see them take their comfort as they go along. why not? when I had my family with me I took lots of enjoyment going out & enjoying life. I am lucky to have my health & be able to get about. we must think of our mercies & not our everlasting troubles in life. I hope you dont try to do too much. you are full of ambition & your painting gives you a little time to relax.
