My snow drops are all blossomed out around the house the crocus under my front window also are in bloom. lilacs started to bud also the other bushes around the houses & budded the constant rains are bringing things forward at last also putting a stop to so many grass fires which must be a relief to the fire company. I saw the Ballantines three of them over to the house next to us Sunday & wonder if the new family were coming there from Florida. it seems a long time the house has stood empty. The house down below us changed hands two sisters live downstairs & the family up stairs we think have moved. Winnie Trollope told Blanche that her sister Edith was in a very nervous condition she shared & looks terribly. Trollope is also in a very bad condition. he is liable to drop anytime diabetis. Winne is non to well. Young Edith pretends she cant find a tenement any where but its not so. she dont do one thing to help its any easy lay she has. the family take the care of she & her children. she goes a lot but theres one thing she has two very pretty looking children.

I hope you have a nice trip & are very much rested from your vacation. I am going down to take this letter to the post man its near time for him to come now. Love Ma
