the house below fall down as she was hanging out the clothes, yesterday on the line.  I was afraid another snow storm was coming. as yesterday was clouded in by spells & the air was chilly. but every time I woke through the night, the bright moon was shining. & the sky was bright with stars. we are very lucky to have pleasant Sundays. Doris could dry her clothes but she is not out this weekend & may be out next hope if she comes we shall have as good a dinner as we are having this week end. we are going to have a chicken & squash baked potatoes & for desert rice pudding. we had sugar this week so she made a nice cake & frosted it with chocolate she had some brown sugar that had grown hard. she used for sweetening of the frosting. Bill says they have plenty of sugar. he has a sister who lives in New York who cant eat much sugar. so she sends them some of her coupons & he will swipe some & let us have them they think everything of us. I expect him tonight & if he comes, he will bring Laurence he is a servant of Mrs. Barrys. who used to live with her & do her work over in Holbrook when she had money & Bill has stood bye him & gives him money when he needs it. in his old age.  Laura brought us some eggs when she came to church today. 50 a dozen Norma asked her for some. she told her we were regular customers & she had none for her. she supplies all the members of the Symphony Consert with eggs. well this is all  love Ma
