Its clouding up since noon. we have a lot of cloudy weather hope it dont storm Sundays are long enoug without storms.

I havn't seen Charles folks for a long time & thought being bare ground, they might drive over to day. if it remains pleasant.

Laura was here the first of the week. she brought Normas little boy Jimmie, with her to call some eggs for .67 she brought us. he looks just like his mother. they have bought a house down beside the stand pipe for her to live in if she were their own child the Gebhartds couldn't think any more of her. her parents both died when she was a baby. Bill Gebhartds brothers child. she married a Catholic, he is a good boy but hardly makes a living. I guess Laura will miss Norma. they bought the house & moved in last week. its a new two story building Bill paid money for it. he still plays in the Symphony Band & earns good money (French horn). a good musician. I must make up the fire in our little stove without sun its colder. Hope you are warm without any snow. I loved to read Madelines letter. too bad she is all by her self living alone. funny she dont marry late in life.

love Ma
