same story. Mrs Barry went over there to see them yesterday she took over a box of peppermints to give Cora Brock for her Thanksgiving. Poor Cora said they won't let me have it long they take it away. She told her to put it away in her dress pocket. That wouldn't make any difference so she said they would take it out. I guess they are hard people to get along with. Poor Cora wishes she wasn't there. They wont let her sit at the window but keep her in the dark corner & no one but Mrs Barry comes to see her. Its a pity she cant pass on. isn't it horrid to grow old?
Lots of people are walking up & down our street home for the holiday. Doris is looking well guess studying dont bother her much.
Its most time for our dinner. I am waiting for the One O'clock, not that I am very hungry. What a pity its not pleasant it may be down to your place I hope so. The hospital don't open for visitors until 2 O'clock.
I hope Sidney didnt lose his rubber. Our little dog comes over every day to see us. He sees me sitting at the window & leggs it over right away.
Guess I have told you everything so will go down to dinner.
  Love Ma.
