week. I have just eaten my Sunday dinner. we had a little piece of beef with squash & baked potatoes. for desert cooffee jelly. I was hungry for we didn't get it very early long past 1 O'clock before she got it ready as she was home from church a little late. I baked the potatoes so to have them for our dinner.
The leaves are still blowing down street. they are all off the trees. most of the wood I have got down cellar. there seems to be a lot. I didn't put any in the little building this time. last winter there was so much snow it was impossible to get out there to get it. I hope we dont get so much this winter. they have been having snow all around us.
We dont hear anything about Miss Seriac selling her house since she got her sisters family away. Tom is the only one she can get along with in that family. I guess they always quarreled. They should never gone there to live. The Toomeys are on Miss Seriacs side. Addie came to Stoughton to vote she called us up on the telephone. Mrs Calder came over Thursday night to bring some things home from Chicataubut meeting & stayed a long time after my bed time. I am glad its cleared guess it will be cooler after to day. my clothes are mostly dry so now must bring them in they will dry over nigh in the kitchen.
