ARTICLE IV
Ratification of Constitution and By-Laws

This Constitution and By-Laws, when adopted by a two-thirds majority vote of Indians present at a National Convention shall become effective.

Certificate of Adoption

The foregoing constitution was duly adopted on May 27, 1944, at a National Const Convention held at Chicago, Illinois, by a two-thirds majority of adult Indians present.
