Section 4. Committee chirmen shell report and/the Daily proceedings carry the names of delegates appearing before committees with the information as to whether such delegates supported or opposed resolutions under consideration.
Section 5. All resolutions closely related shall be combined by committees in a master resolution and reference made by number to combined resolutions.
Section 6. Except in unusual cases the resolves only of resolutions shall be read by committee chairmen when reporting; Provided, however if the majority vote of the convention does not accept the recommendations of the committee, the chairman of that committee may be privileged to read the entire resolution and request another vote on the resolution from the convention. 
Section 7.  A majority of the delegates in attendance shall constitute a quorum, but less than that number may adjourn to meet at some future time.  
Section 8.  This Article may be changed by a majority vote of the Convention.
