I have the honor to enclose herewith a communication received from J. T. Randolph. Ash Creek, Miss -
The parties referred to by Mr. Randolph are all citizens of Columbus, and men of good character.
If you desire that the money be forwarded to this Office, I have no doubt but that Annice would have means in her possession to bring her to Columbus, Miss.
