Acknowledges receipt of letter of the 19th and in reply states that a through ticket cannot be procured from Culpepper C. H to Weldon but estimates the expense of transporting Tempee Smith and her children to Plymouth at $25.00 which amount should be sent to his care. Tempee's husband will pay his own fair.
