Bureau Officer Plymouth N.C. Sir: Your communication of 23d inst. referring to money of Armistead Stannels is received. It appears from our books, that $189.82 was placed with us Miss Wolf Hart & Co. March 16, 1867, to credit of Armistead Stannels, & one check issued to them, to be paid to the party upon their identification, And the said check was so paid on the following April 3d.
