I am directed by the Assistant Commissioner to ship 300 Bushels of Corn from Middleton Hyde County to Columbia Tyrrell Co. to your address.
The Schooner "Andrew Warfflin" will leave here this evening for Hyde Co. and you may look for it the latter part of this week or the first of next. I am directed to take receipts from you for the corn, but as I have no blank Invoices or Receipts, and as I go to Hyde today I do not return till next week. I have to request that you send me receipts for the corn and Invoices for me to sign upon the arrival of the corn.
