Dear Gloria:

Enclosed is the negative you requested. Thank you so much for lending all of your materials to the Museum. The reason for the delay in processing is that I am using volunteers (as available) to do the duplication for the archival records. To date about half has been done and I anticipate the remainder being completed in the next two weeks. At that point, I will package the entire collection and put it in the mail.

Many, many thanks for your patience. The material is wonderful and will be an important addition to our collection.
