Dear Doris I am glad of the check it came yesterday. I have just been over to see if the Bruce boy fixed the roof of little store house. I guess he did as he agreed & mended it the Sunday he promised he would.
We are having mild weather bare ground & spring like weather, temperature 50° still going up at noon it may be still higher.
Mrs Barry went to a church supper last night in her church. there were a lot there. got home around 8 O'clock tomorrow she is going to have a party. just a table full of her friends to play cards. She will entertain them at her
