Our telephone this morning bothered didn't work, so she has just called up and find that there was a wire on the switch board they fixed it. so now it works all right. no fault of us but theirs. 
We have just had dinner warmed up fish chowder and cornmeal pudding. our neighbors have just put out their wash Mrs Benoit she has her mother now living there with them she is on the Old Folks pension. the day is so sunny clothes will dry. so guess they are sensible in taking the day can't be very pious. I like them very much. Margaret Ewing has been sick a heart trouble she calls it.
I haven't seen Doris since you were home. guess she is busy in her studies. I guess she will soon be through. hope you will have her with you then. 
It is so pleasant Bill may come over today his mother is very sick. she is a great care. he & his brother take turns in caring for her nights & their sister who lives across the road daytimes. 
I have just finished your slip the cloth is very slippery to work. its a nice piece of good & looks fine when finished hope you will like it when wearing. I have got to press it out & then you can have it to wear anytime you need it. Ma.
