Tuskegee, Ala Lieut. The Asst Coms'r directs me to say that you will cause the buildings lately in use by the military in your City to be transferred to Judge Fannin to be used by him as Hospitals, as fast as their occupancy can be dispensed with by you. You will also make such acquisitions (returns) for rations as may be required for the Hospitals he will establish and forward them to this office for approval.
