Communications having been received asking for the trial or action in the case of Jas Jenkins et al charged with Murder, and it being impracticable to convene a Military Commission for this trial it is directed that they be released on giving bonds in the sum of five thousand dollars cash, and on obligating themselves to report in person once in each week to Bt Maj CW Pierce Supt B R F & A L at Demopolis Ala.
