I would respectfully request your instructions as to the continual or discontinual of the Gen. Court Martial convened by Sp. O. No. 41 c.s. from Your Hd. Qrs., - the  Members of the 58" having been mustered out.

There are five cases to be tried in the Milt. Prison here and it deemed necessary to reconvene the Court, I have the honor to enclose Names of Officers of the 8" Iowa and 178" New York Infty, Vls for that detail.
