In accordance with directions received from Surg T.M. Getty Med. Dir. Dept of the South, you will proceed to the Camp of the United States Forces in this City and assume charge of the Hospital and general direction of the health of the Command.

This order is not intended to relieve AA Surg Hoffman, but it is expected that he will render you such assistance as you may require.
