A paper dated at your Head Quarters on the 4th inst reached here today. The returns should have been forwarded by last Sundays Mai. Please forward all back Returns as soon as possible. Your Returns for Oct 30th did not reach these Head Quarters until the 14th of Nov. You will please try and remedy the cause of such delay. By Order Major General Wager Swayne J.T.
