The Asst Commr directs that you issue such instructions to the parties intrusted with the issue of the supply of corn to the destitute of this State as well insure the return of the sacks. This direction is given with a view to economy should another purchase be made, as the price per bushel is fifteen (15) cents less where the purchaser provides sacks. You will store the sacks when returned to you subject to orders from this office.
