Tuskegee Ala Sir Complaint is made of this office that Jax S Moore of Auburn Lee County has lad apprenticed to him, without the knowledge and consent of the parents. The boys, named Jack and Jordan the children of Eliza Moore (col'd). It is stated that the indentures were executed at Tuskegee. This case is out for action under Genl Orders No 3. Current Serve from this office(copy enclosed). the assistant Commissioner desires that you investigate and report your action hereon.
