Yours of the 9th inst in reply to communication from this Office of the 5th inst is received.  In reply I have to say that the Rublies Claim can be paid if made out on service vouchers.  This will apply to all person temporarily employed hereafter.  On the return of the Asst. Commissioner it is hoped that the supplies now on hand will be disposed of at once and the renting of store rooms be thereby rendered unnecessary
