be revoked would be simply a strong point against such revocation but would not necessarily be final. The Probate Judges's in the position of guardian to the minors of his County and it is therefore his duty to care for all their interests. The rejection of an application for revocation of indentures of apprenticeship is not a violation of G.O. No 3, but as before remarked the Probate Judges are responsible for their action thereunder. When a revocation is granted and a new master is to be selected, it is believed that the wishes of the minor should be consulted in said selection, it being however the duty of the Judge to see that such selection is a proper one.
