Sir Andrew Clark (Col) complaints that Mr William Allison with whom he worked during the first half of last year discharged him in June last on account of a difficulty between them relative to the employment of Clarks children. It is stated that Allison refuses to make any payment whatever to Clarke for his labor. In this case action must be taken under G.O. 13 & 14 Hd Qrs Dist of Ala series 1867. You will please report the result of the case. The agreement between Allison and Clarke is inclosed for your information.
