You will notify the Rail Road Co. as they were the last shippers of the stores, that they will be held responsible for the amount of the loss as reported by the Board. The loss can be determined by the Invoices of Stores.

Referring to your communication of 10th inst (General Report for April) the Assistant Commissioner desires me to say that the administrations of Bureau affairs, and recommendations, and changes in Regulations in the management of Soup Kitchens are concurred in.
It is desired  that you report as soon as practicable your views of the working of the Land Offices in your Sub District.
It is believed that this is the proper time to preempt Land and if certain irregularities in Land offices exist to make this inpractible, they should be looked into.
