lot in Wetumpka, with money of his own earning after hiring his time from his owner and that the deed, in accordance with the law of the state, was made in the name of his owner.
It is hereby ordered that the said Isaac Carlton be allowed the possession of said property, until such time as the question, if raised to the title can be decided in the civil courts. Any attempt to dispossess him in violation of this order will be at the peril of the parties undertaking it.

Respectfully referred to that Col. J.B. Callis, Supt R.F.& A.L. Dist of Huntsville, to whom this communication should have sent.
The Probate Judge is the proper person to apprentice children and if done must be under the law relating to apprenticing white children.
The civil authorities should take charge of the Freedman committed for Burglary. The Bureau can not pay for repairs to school Houses, nor such a bill as is mentioned for making a coffin.
