Stinnets in this county aged about 10 years who is proved to be an orphan, as his Mother was known to have died previous to floods said. said child according to satisfactory evidence adduced has been claimed by several other parties. I further have the honor to report that said Stinnet is willing to restore him to any relative who can satisfactorily establish a relationship The boy is well care for and is well satisfied with his home being treated the same as one of the white family.
