My knowledge of Mr Shufords conduct while Marshall of Jacksonville prompts me to recommend that Intendent town council and Marshall be removed from office and new appointments be made or an election be held to fill said offices in view of obtaining at least a portion of loyal element in the administration of Jacksonville.
