Dist of Ala to report upon what terms Mr Booth is employed as a printer and whether there is any stipulation in this appointment that he is to confirm his labors to a special Dept. It would also be well to refer this claim to the late Supt of Education as the accounts occurring under Maj Genl Pope will have to go to that office for his approval.
