| March 28th 1867 29 | Tedball Wm. L  Captain & Ass't Sup't | States that Susan Jackson a colored woman desires transportation to carry her to Greensboro, Ala. She obtains most of her support from the Bureau, is old and afflicted requests that she be supplied with transportation. |

May 21st 1867  States that six weeks ago there came to him an orphan cold child naked who was whipped the scars being visible and was done by one Mr. J Cox and that he clothed and fed the child and got it well and healthy and now Mr. Cox is trying to take the child. Also reports destitution in Miss. |

States that the difficulty arose from his refusal to give Frazier who he states was in the Rebel Army a Govt Mail Contract. Also reports an alleged murder. |
