I have this day received Spl.-Order No 84. Par IV. War Dept. Bureau R.F & A.L. removing from my control the northern counties of Alabama. I have notified the following officers and agents of this transfer and directed them to report to yourself at once - 

Chaplain T.M. Goodfellow. 101st Regt U.S.C.I Supt at Huntsville.
C.A. Tenge Agt at Florence Lauderdale Co.
John W. Greene Agt at Tuscumbia Franklin Co.
O.H. Bynum Agt at Portland Lawrence Co.
L.R. Wadsworth Agt at Dacatur Morgan Co.
