In a word sir, Majr Goodfellow is precisely the man we want to fill the office he now holds, W B Figures, Hon D C Humphreys, Joseph C Bradley, Judge D P Lewis & other friends of the Federal Government who know the facts will endorse what I have stated in regard to Majr Goodfellow as a gentleman and an impartial judge & humane man in his office
