have violated their Contract, and it is ordered that they be expelled from the place. It is further ordered by the Court that as said Defendants have proven a good character, and that they labored as faithfully as the balance of the hands on said place up to the time of said default, the said Plaintiff shall pay them their wages due at the time of their default from work.- It is further ordered that the Defendants pay the costs of this suit.
From which decision of the Court The Plaintiff asks for and claims the right of appeal to the next Circuit Court to be held for Lowndes County.
