We find the following among the Montegomery dispatches of the Mobile news:
Many influential citizens of Marengo and adjacent counties petitioned Gov. Parsons to-day, asking his interposition for the removal of Col. Lynch, 5th Wisconsin Cavalry, from command, as the known and openly avowed sentiments of Lynch were such as would lead to rebellion on the part of the negroes against the whites, bloodshed being imminent. Not advised as to theresult.
