He further swears he has received no voucher or receipt except the paper herewith attached, for said horses or either of items, and that no payment or Compensation has been received in any way or from any source further which or any part of said claim; that it has not been transferred to any person or persons whomsoever that the prices charged are reasonable and just and do not exceed the market rate or price of said horses would have brought in cash at the time and place stated - He further swears that he is a loyal Citizen of the Government of the United States and was when his said claim originated and that he has subscribed to the oath of allegiance to the Government of the United States as prescribed by the Presidents proclamation of the 8th of December 1865 and for the purpose of presenting his said claim to the Department and successfully prosecuting the same he hereby appoints.
