Sub. Disct. Tuscaloosa Tuscaloosa, Ala. March 10th 1866 Col. C. Cadle, Jr. A.A.G. Bureau. of. R.F. and A.L. Colonel, Your dispatches of the 2d have just been received. I have seen the Sheriff in regards to the case of Alzy Freedman committed for horse stealing. I have also given him the respite for Aaron Crosby, and all is right.
