on page 57, No 33,
Section 1st be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the state of Ala. in general assembly convened, That the Several Courts of County of County Commissioners of this state have power to grant a license to any disabled & wounded soldier in the late confederate army, that said Court of the County of the Residence of Said, soldier may find worthy to peddle with in limits of Said County which said license shall exempt said solider from all tax both State & County whiched may be imposed by the law on peddlers, in this state, approved Feb. 10th 1866.
