Recd. at Huntsville Ala, this 3rd day of December 1866, of John R Callis Bvt. Col. U.S.V. and Supt. Bureau Refugees Freedmen and Abandoned Lands Dist. of Northern Alabama the following Govt. Stores to wit Eight (8) Casks of Bacon containing 7609 pounds and 1640 pecks of Corn containing 196315 pounds (3505 [[crossed out]] 58 [[/crossed out]] 35 bushels) all in good order, for gratuitous distribution to the really destitute (irrespective of color) of the following named Counties as follows to wit
