Selma Sept 17 1866

Lieut Cunningham

I would respectfully refer you to communications, heretofore passed, between Major Kennerman and myself in relation to the Store in the Goldsby block in Selma, ocupied [[occupied]] by the Commissary.
The Store is in bad condition and requires immediate repairs.
The tennant for the comming year is expecting his goods daily and will be greatly disappointed if the Store is not in a condition to receive them by the 1st of Oct, at which date the rent year commences in this place.
As the facts in relation to this Store are all on file in your office, it will be unnecessary for me to restate them
