I have the honor herewith to enclose the proceedings of a Board of Survey held on the property lately in charge of the Late AA Surg Charles H Hood for approval. Please send Blanks sufficient to make Returns that I may be enabled to settle and close up the account of the Late Dr Hood as required by the letter of instructions which accompanied the Order concerning the Board.
