I would not Genl, make this request of you, but do not know where the Commissioner for the State is making Head Quarters. I see that the Senate has passed the Bill increasing the powers of the Bureau of R.F. & A.L. please remember me in conexion [[connection]] with the offices created by the measure, as I have no doubt but that I shall be defeated for the Office I now hold even should I stand for election.
