Questions by Judge Bond in behalf of Aid Societies. 

Ques. Can you give buildings for school?

Ans. Yes, so far as it can be done under the head of rental and repairs, and by the use of so called confederate property. 

Ques. Can you give transportation?

Ans. Yes, To teachers who hold the recognition of a Bureau School Superintendent. Said transportation will be issued from Washington. 
Practical method of getting actual cost of transportation.
A teacher may present his account of transportation or have it presented, certified to, either to the Commissioner of Washington, or to an Asst Commissioner
