he is to have another trial before the Circuit Court, and that tribunal will be bound by the ruling of the Supreme Court which is that the larceny for which Alzy was indicted is not a capital offense. If the larceny was perpetrated prior to the 20th July, then Alzy is pardoned by the Governor's proclamation, and entitled to an unconditional discharge.
