but I did propose to take the horse send him out to the lady and be myself responsable for the same and hold him thus for your desision until his sale in Montgomery and if you should deside against the ladys claim I would carry the horse to Montgomery and charge nothing for the same
4"  says that he sold the horse under the same restrictions to a Gentleman in Selma that Gentleman tells me that he authorized him to make a good title to horse if he chooses to do so after 10 days wheather your desision was heard or not This was dun about the 1st of May last
I onely [[only]] regret that you have not had the papers in the case referred to as was promised and the lady could have had the use of the animal which she so mutch [[much]] needed 
and as the horse is yet in the city and can be returned at disision and invite your attention specially the case is presented which is fully set before you if the papers which should be before you is there if not there in substance set fourth in this - I have no interest in the matter than to see that justice should be dun to worthy and esteemable lady who has acted with the purest caution
