been in office 28 years I have grown gray in office and seen and witnessed way wrongs but this is the worst of all, pleas reply to this communication and say whether or not Tom can hire himself or  whether a person would he safe [[strikethrough]] and [[/strikethrough]] in giving him a house to live in [[strikethrough]] or not [[/strikethrough]] and any other matter that you may deem necessary
